I was told by the City of Edmonton that as per NFPA 13, if less than 6 sprinkler heads are relocated, engineer involvement/ Schedules were not required as long as the work was done by a qualified contractor.  I cant seem to find this in the document, can anyone comment on this? Thanks

In reviewing the 2018 NFPA 30A, section 9.2.5.4, a symbol is noted after the section number. In reviewing the legend, it is not clear if this is indicating a change for 2018? Please see attached for reference.   Thanks! Andrew
