First Habitat home at Fenwick Ridge, MD to feature fire sprinklers

According to an article in The Baynet.com this house is the first house to be built under PHH’s Green Building Advisory Committee recommendations for a more environmentally sustainable home. Energy saving measures include; a geothermal heating and cooling system, house orientation to take advantage of seasonal solar patterns, Low E windows, extra insulation, Hardy-plank type siding, longer life roofing materials, and Energy Star appliances.
