New NFPA tip sheet gives home fire safety advice to people with disabilities

Blog Post created by ryan.quinn Employee on Feb 7, 2012

NFPA estimates that physical disability was a factor in an average of 380, or 14%, of home fire deaths per Final #1year in 2004–2008. To provide fire safety information for people with disabilities, NFPA has developed a variety of educational materials, including a free, new tip sheet available on NFPA’s website.
