Boys & Girls Clubs of Las Vegas

During NFPA's Conference & Expo in Las Vegas, Sparky the Fire Dog visited the James Clubhouse of Boys & Girls Clubs of Las Vegas. As captured in this photo posted on The Las Vegas Review-Journal, Sparky taught about 20 kids, ages 5 to 12, about fire prevention and safety, passed out fire hats and wagged his tail to a fire song, "Two Ways Out," reminding the children of the importance of having an escape plan and knowing two ways out of a room. The North Las Vegas Fire Department made an appearance and gave the kids demos of equipment and a tour of a fire engine.
