Doesn't it seem that when we solve one problem, we sometimes create another?   For example, when we work towards finding new, cleaner sources of energy, such as solar power, or electric powered vehicles, there are often new safety hazards created that we then need to deal with!  The same is true with the creation of wind turbines for energy.
