Paul Allard, of the Manchester Fire Department Fire Prevention Bureau in Manchester, NH, set aside some time to talk with NFPA about the fire prevention activities in his community, and how his department uses NFPA products during Fire Prevention Week™ (FPW™) and all year long to deliver important safety messages.
