The Morelia Municipal Fire Brigade is making Fire Prevention Week presentations to children across the city of Morelia, the capital of Michoacán state in central Mexico. Dr. Alejandro Cesar Garcia Aranda, who’s been with the department for many years, teaches Stop, Drop, and Roll to the children and other safety lessons. To their delight, the Sparky the Fire Dog puppet often makes an appearance.
