Now available in the NFPA Webinar Archive:

NFPA's Kristin Bigda introduces the concepts found in NFPA 80, Standard for Fire Doors and Other Opening Protectives and NFPA 105, Standard for Smoke Door Assemblies and Other Opening Protectives related to the installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire dampers, smoke dampers, and combination fire/smoke dampers.  When dampers are required in a building, both NFPA 80 and NFPA 105 are the go-to documents for guidance on the installation and care of these products.  This webinar addresses when dampers may be required in a building, basic installation criteria, as well as how to ensure the systems are cared for and maintained in accordance with the provisions of both NFPA 80 and NFPA 105.
