Poll: When was the last time you replaced your smoke alarms?

Poll created by laurenbackstrom Employee on May 9, 2016

Our 2016 Fire Prevention Week theme was just announced, and as a refresher, or for those of you who may have missed it, this year's theme is: "Don't Wait: Check the Date! Replace Smoke Alarms Every 10 Years." We thought we'd take a poll of our readers to find out just how often you all actually replace your smoke alarms. Now, be honest, we won't judge! We want to know when the last time you replaced them was, and know that following our Fire Prevention Week campaign this year, you'll be sure to remember to replace them every 10 years moving forward.

Select your answer below and let's see how much work we have to do educating the public on this year's theme.

If you want more questions to test your knowledge related to our Fire Prevention Week theme, take our full quiz at our website. You'll also find resources, information and more that you can use in your community to help promote this year's theme and safety messages.
