Provision of Rehabilitation for Members at Emergency Operations

Poll created by David Kearney on Sep 28, 2016

I am polling members about the provision of rehabilitation for members at the scene of emergency operations.

Specifically, I am interested in career or combination departments that are municipal, county, state or federal government agencies.

Please take a minute to indicate if your department provides theses services and how they are provided. To qualify as rehab for this poll, we are using the provision of the basic services described in NFPA 1500-2013 as our low-bar:

  • 8.9.3* Such on-scene rehabilitation shall include at least rest, hydration, active cooling where required, basic life support care, food where required, and protection from extreme elements.
