The Town of Orleans chamber of Commerce puts on a vender event with local restaurants and businesses every year. I'm looking for direction to the NFPA codes I need to develop a check list or even better an example of a check list if anyone has already developed one please attach.
The event is held in an open baseball field and growing every year. The event is set up with a majority of easy-up tents and some custom booths. There is a fenced off section with tables and chairs where they are serving food and alcohol, I believe it's just for 21 years and older. They have local band play during the event. I have been enforcing propane tank, exit signage, means of egress, and proper fire extinguisher placement. Any other suggestions would be helpful.
