How many flammable cabinet's are allowed in a storage area??
Which fire code nfpa or ifc or ??
NFPA. I see "no more than 3" on guidance documents that reference NFPA 30 but I can not find that wording in the code
Sorry should have asked which nfpa 1?
It more than likely goes by flash point
what type of business the cabinets are in
and control areas allowed
What type of business are you asking for??
From NFPA 1:::
220.127.116.11 The volume of Class I, Class II, and Class IIIA liquids stored in an individual storage cabinet shall not exceed 120 gal (460 L). [30:9.5.1]
18.104.22.168 The total aggregate volume of Class I, Class II, and Class IIIA liquids in a group of storage cabinets shall not exceed the maximum allowable quantity of flammable and combustible liquids per control area based on the occupancy where the cabinets are located. [30:9.5.2]
Plus once again the above depends on the occupancy you are in. Amount might have to be less.
