I am looking for clarification on the NEC standards for unprotected bus bar used in transformer assemblies like what is shown attached.  The assembly would be located in a pit with limited to no access as we would have a plated door covering the pit.  Looking to verify any potential Arc Flash or general hazard concerns given the bus duct in the pit is bare copper and uncovered?

The setup is a segregated bus of bare rigid conductor type.  Power feed is 400V and 1432 kW overall connected load
