I have a building that has multiple tenants in the building. The building does not have a sprinkler or a fire alarm system in the building. All of the tenant spaces in the building are separated from each other by 2 hour fire separations per table 184.108.40.206. None of the occupancies are requiring the installation of an alarm or sprinkler system on there own but the building as a whole would need both. the way I interpret section 220.127.116.11 is that the building would not need these system since all of the occupancies are all separated but I would like to hear your opinions.
