Does My Aircraft Hangar Require A Fire Protection System

My company has sold a steel building to be used as an aircraft hangar.  The building is 22,500 square feet (150 x 150) and

is for airplane storage only.  The access door height is 28' or less.  The building has a single fire area.  My interpretation

of NFPA requirements seems to indicate that a fire protection system would not be required.  There are no hazardous

operations in this building such as fuel transfer, welding, painting, torch cutting, etc.

Am I correct to assume that this is a Group III Hangar, Type 1 and a fire protection system is not required
