Can Oxygen Reduction Systems Replace Water Sprinklers?

Are there any guidelines for the deployment of oxygen reduction (hypoxic air) systems for the purpose of fire prevention? This is a fast growing technology in Europe and Asia. We would like to use this in our new server rooms. I know that according to NFPA13 8.15.11, I'm allowed to exempt my space from sprinklers since the rooms are dedicated to electrical equipment. But to what extent am I compliant if I replace that with a low oxygen atmosphere to prevent fires from even starting? Thank you!
