Why are you wanting to an answer to this question?
Why are you not using a standard pendent sprinkler head in this location?
What code or standard citation do you feel uncertain about?
My first question are you using a sidewall listed for 9-12 down??
Most are 4-6 down.
Than the second question is how many and how far apart are the beams?
Than what distance are you trying to cover with the sidewalk
One problem is you may not be wetting the ceiling. I think that is required. Will have to look at the standard
