Are annual inspections required by NFPA protocols of (a) fire protection system (smoke and possibly heat detector) and   (b) sprinkler system,  for a free standing, 800 sq ft, 1 story, pool utility structure, serving as an adjunct to a residential condominium's outdoor pool, which pool utility structure serves to house the pool pump and related equipment, inclusive of pool chemicals, and serves no more than 5 persons at a time during summer only daytime hours (no sleeping), usually fewer people, who use the rest rooms, or service the pool equipment or store or remove pool service records.

Should you respond with a "yes,"  please cite the NFPA authority.  Thanks.#
