NFPA 409.  We are building  a new hangar in the El Dorado Airport in Bogotá, Colombia. This new Hangar is Group III and has Type I (442) construction.

Based on  Table 8.2.1 you need to have a minimum distance of 15 meters to other hangar and based on if each one has fire barrier walls with a minimum rating of at least two (2) hours no minimum separation distance shall be required.

There is an old hangar at 4 meters of our new hangar and it is difficult to know how it was built. If I build  my hangar with external walls with 3 hours rating. Am I fullfil NFPA 409??
