I am in the process of taking the pre-engineered kitchen technician exam. I have purchased my books and also paid ICC for the upcoming test. What I am at a pickle over is knowing where to familiarize myself with what all the test entails. NAFED claims they are in the process of compiling an online training class but has no knowledge of when that will surface. Does anyone know of where I might can get a little help? 250 pages of codes has me seriously scratching my head. Thanks!
