I am having trouble finding code regarding EMG's in Hotels. What are the requirements for emergency generators and fuel tanks? Any information on where I can find this is much appreciated.
Which building code and edition are you using?
I am thinking high rise hotel only
See NFPA 110 Standard for Emergency and Standby Power Systems. It does not specifically cover hotels it address installations of emergency standby power systems for buildings. Before you get to involved in NFPA 110 you need to contact your LJHA to find out if they have any local codes/standards Fire and Building that you will need to comply with and any off the shelf code/standards they have adopted that you will need to comply with, Just my opinion. Hope this is helpful.
