Hello. I have a question about NFPA-96 with a mobile food trailer. The code calls out make-up air. I am in Georgia. I have asked several food trailer companies about make-up air in a food trailer. Seems like overkill in an 8.5x20 space that will have the windows open a lot. None of the vendors I have talked to have installed make-up air on their trailers. I have not seen any in our area with one either, so even if one is required, I don't have a resource to tell me what size I would need. Does this actually apply to food trailers? And if not, where is the literature that shows this? Thanks!
