What is the occupancy classification for the BOH kitchens for an hotel that serves both the guests & the hotel's restaurant; does the kitchen location matters, if it is directly adjacent to the the restaurant or it is located underground (BOH area). and when shall I consider A "Commercial kitchen" a food processing facility " Industrial Occupancy"?
