According to NFPA13, CMDA sprinkler is designed based  on 10ft ceiling height. As I know of the relation between ceiling height and sprinkler operation, we can use same method heat detector spacing reduction with 10ft to 30ft ceiling height in NFPA 72 T. since sprinkler activation mechanism and heat detector mechanism are same.

I know this is common sense but I want to make sure this matter.

Do you know where the definite clause in NFPA code to use NFPA 72 for adapting sprinkler?
