This is for pesticide storage in a State government facility.
Look at all your MSDS, and choose the most hazardous numbers and symbols from all of them.
You could also ask your supplier, they may or should help you.
If you do not have an MSDS, ask the supplier, or sometimes you can find it with an internet search. Just make sure you are looking at apples and apples.
Okay. I'm looking at MSDS for all our stored products. I see "hazards identification summary" and "fire fighting measures" among other headings. What specific information should I be looking at to determine the correct numerals to post on the diamond placard. Any additional help appreciated.
Some msds have them, some don’t
find the pesticide names in the NFPA 704 manual and post the highest number for all pesticides stored in that room. call me or email me and I will research it for you. I will need the CAS# of each pesticide or a copy of the SDS and the exact pesticide name and list of ingredients. Chuck 307-391-0168 firstname.lastname@example.org
