In NFPA 13, 2013, Chapter 8.15.1, Concealed Spaces. Can an attic space in a 4 story multi-family type V-A building that is considered to be combustible concealed space (Wood framed Attic) as is shown in exhibit.8.36 that is completely full of non-combustible insulation and has no fire sprinklers in this space be permited to have the typical nomex type NM 110v electrical wiring (not in conduit or cable trays) and low voltage wiring in this same space without having fire sprinklers added?
