I would like to ask for an advise if what type of sprinkler head is normally used on coal storage and are there any special requirements for design consideration? Any response will be highly appreciated.
¿How is the coal stored? ¿Inside bags or boxes? ¿In shelves, racks or palletized? Depending on how is stored a sprinkler discharge criteria can be selected.
It is going to be loosely dumped by a truck on the floor of an enclosed 25meters by 30meters warehouse with a structure height of 8meters. Warehouse will purely be a coal storage.
There's no fire protection criteria using sprinklers for that type of coal storage. In fact, this type of hazard will require a fire risk evaluation. As cda cda said, you should hire a fire protection engineer or a least hire a fire protection specialist.
What setting ??
in a building
what size room
or stand alone coal storage building only??

Not a designer or engineer
Not so much which sprinkler, but density and protecting the hazard.
Suggest a fire protection engineer
