Dear all,

I am new to fire protection design. One of my building is dome shaped. It has two floors, the half of first floor is restaurant kitchen and another half is dinning area with no roof. The second floor is additional dinning area as well. The kitchen is classified as moderate hazard and dinning area are light. The maximum radius is 25 ft. The tallest part of dome reach second floor slab is 24.4 ft and 37.5 ft to first floor slab.

Based on the code, the building requires the sprinkler system. How can I set up the sprinkler? On the side wall or pendent sprinkler? If I choose horizontal sidewall, there is no flat ceiling. If I choose pendent sprinkler, the height might another problem. If you need more information, please let know. I am so appreciate for your advise on any part!! Thank you so much!

Best,

Ed
