Each electric motordriven fire pump has an MCC (Motor Control Center). Inside NFPA 20 in which paragraph is it discussed? How does is it named inside the NFPA codes? It should be like the "main switchboard" the EN 12845 speaks of.
I have some trouble with the requirements about its location according with the NFPA codes: is it mandatory to install the MCC inside the same pump room or is it possible to install the MCC also in another building, with the same fire resistant features?
