Mandatory or optional pressure switch downstream the deluge/alarm check valve?

Dear All,

is it mandatory, according with NFPA 13 and NFPA 15, to install an alarm that reveals the actual passage of water into the system downstream the deluge valve/alarm check valve and to signal the FACP (Fira Alarm Control Panel) the activation of the deluge/sprinkler system? or in the case of a preaction system an alarm that detects the lowering of the air pressure in the dry pipe (e.g. in case of an accidental rupture of one of the installed bulbs or an accidental air leakage)?

Thank's
