Marking physcially rechargable extinguishers as "Non-Rechargable"

A.3.4.2 : Some fire extinguishers that are physically rechargeable are marked “Nonrechargeable” and are therefore considered by this standard to be Nonrechargeable (nonrefillable) fire extinguishers.

? Does this mean that  the end user can physically mark the extinguisher to avoid the 6 year service requirement for stored pressure dry chemical ABC extinguishers?
