Infant Abduction System Lockdown

Let me set the situation.

If you have an OB wing in a hospital facility with ingress and egress to other parts of the facility - Normal operations allows free egress. However if a baby gets to close to the door or your infant system looses signal from the bracelet the doors lock.

The hardware used to lock the doors is delayed egress hardware - At this point are you bound by life safety code to meet the requirements of delayed egress? Such as announcing to a potential baby thief  on a sign - hey push on this bar for 3 seconds and your out of here!

I have followed the code in chapter 19 and chapter 7 trying to meet all the requirements but at the same time looking for a reasonable conclusion.

I look forward to your response!
