Micro-USB cords run through whole in wall

I have two tablets mounted on the wall in a fixture, the Micro-USB charging cords run through the fixture and then through the wall to individual power adaptors that are plugged into a UPS.  The power adaptors have normal input and output for a "charger" (100-240V at 50-60Hz .35A in and 5V at 2.1A out).  Even though this is low voltage, I see it as flexible cords being used as a permanent power supply and needs to be changed to meet code.  What do you think?
