It is very hard to understand exactly what you are asking. I will take a stab at it:
For conduit entry, the manufacturer's installation instructions must be followed [NEC 110.3(B)]. Side entry may be allowed if approved by manufacturer and the AHJ. Entry is usually on the bottom. If you ran conduit into the TOP of the Fire Pump Controller, you will have invalidated the UL listing; top entry is not allowed. The fire pump dimensional drawings should show where entry is allowed.
