Once again, I can see a danger in the event of a fault. There is no distance. Anything can be located anywhere, "just put it in conduit" and everything is OK. Metal pipe would need to be bonded unless located 5-feet horizontally from the inside walls of the pool [680.26(B)(7) Exception No. 2].
Lets say I have a 200-amp feeder in rigid conduit, at 2-foot from water's edge. Does anybody see any danger with this one?
