are there requirements which it should install the bypass pipeline for bypassing the deluge valve in the Sprinkler Systems In the NFPA13 and NFPA15?
The are no section in NFPA 13 or NFPA 15 that requires provision of bypass lines for deluge system valves.
Sir, I assumed your need here is to ensure that the spraywater system will still be supplied with firewater when you take out the deluge valve out for maintenance or repairs. So the bypass line will supply firewater for the duration of absence.
A good practice is to have two (2) supply lines for the spraywater network; one with an automatic deluge valve; the other with a manual gate valve. So when the deluge valve fails or taken out for repairs, your Emergency Response Team may still operate the spraywater system manually during an emergency. Both valves are located at safe distance from the fire hazard (outside of 5 kW/m2 heat radiation contour), within general view of, and at the opposing side of the process area.
