Per NFPA regulations and IBC 4.11, the following exception exsists. I am attempting to determine that if a haunted house structure had walls, but is within a building structure that is without walls, would meet the exception criteria listed below? The building structure without walls would not allow the accumulation of smoke, and from my understanding, would meet the requirements.

Exception: Special amusement buildings or portions thereof that are without walls or a roof and constructed to prevent the accumulation of smoke need not comply with this section.
