Releasing panel signal reporting (Alarm, trouble, supervisory)

A releasing panel (pre-action, clean agent, etc) is located in a building with a required fire alarm system.    Does NFPA 72 permit this releasing panel to only be monitored by the main fire alarm control panel for alarm and supervisory signals only?  OR does it require the releasing panel to be monitored for alarm, supervisory, and trouble signals?

It seems 2016 NFPA 72-  / NFPA 72-12.3 could be applicable requiring the trouble signal to be reported OR NFPA 72-A. may allow only the supervisory with no trouble.
