For non-storage occupancies, there are no other hazard classes. Storage occupancies have their own separate classification based on commodity type.
Contact your authority having jurisdiction. They may have some other examples as they are the final determination on the acceptability of the occupancy classification. Apart from that, experience and good judgment play a critical role in properly determining the hazard classification, just as they do in evaluating the adequacy of the entire sprinkler system.
