Is there any NFPA Clause which makes it mandatory (rather than suggestion) to place the FACP (FACU) near the entrance for Industrial Buildings/Workshops?

We are working on a Port Project where we have multiple Industrial Buildings/Workshops. The Workshops and Buildings have unmanned pre-fabricated small Cabinet Rooms inside them which have controlled temperature (HVAC/DX Unit etc.), and then the area other than these rooms within the workshop itself does not have controlled temperature.

Client has commented us as following: "Relocate FACP (FACU) location to one of the main entrance doors as per NFPA 72 requirement".

Due to this we have to relocate the FACP (FACU) from controlled temperature room to non controlled temperature area within the workshop/industrial building.

Query: Is there any NFPA Clause which makes it mandatory for us (rather than suggestion) to place the FACP (FACU) near the entrance as being asked by the client?
