Hey guys,

Im currently designing the performance venue for the new rams stadium and i have come across a rather gray and difficult area of the code. Has anyone ever designed a system which includes lapendary panels? There has been quite a difference of opinion that relates to the code and it seems everyone has a different interpretation of NFPA for these panels. Are lapendary panels able to be considered a concealed space? Does 8.15.1.2.1.2 apply? I went with 8.15.1.2.10 since these panels have been tested and have met the E84 standards but plan check is coming back and saying these panels are not considered a concealed space. The area above these panels are non accessible since they are 70' up in the air. If you can reach out so we can discuss this further, i would very much appreciate your time.
