I have a brick pizza oven that is fueled by natural gas. No solid fuel is involved in cooking. Is there anyway to protect this oven? Bread and meat is cooked in this oven. There is no access point besides that little opening for cleaning.
A few of my concerns are: accumulation of grease drippings and creosote, the location of the gas line, the location of the shutoff valve for the gas line, the type of vent that was created. Is there anything else that I should be thinking out the box for? TIA
